Carnie [Carnivore] had to show off it's growing mane and what a better way to do this than to spring forth The Roast by Carnivore brand...at the Hub Karen.
The main idea was to serve Kenyans the same taste of Carnivore, with a wonderful twist of uptown cool your heels swag away from the park...[old timers you remember buffalo and warthogs giving you a maiden entrance].
We went back to the aspects of the mother brand and crafted an identity that was cool and now, and still had a touch of the older generation. The spear was tweaked, and the fire modernised. The font said "try me today"...the colours spoke of the ambience to be.
The resounding welcome was amazing. The doors opened long before any other store opened it's doors at the Hub. The packaging of your burger in old print newspaper bytes, with crossword puzzles for kids was a masterpiece. The char flamed wooden menu was a straight hit...'It left us in a pickle one time'...story for another day if you get addicted to us.
If you haven't crunched on the Roast crisps, and tucked in a platter of juicy meat...aaaarrggghh...you are missing out. We build brands that redefine visionary expectations. Forever grateful to Jonathan Seex...a friend and visionary...Roast fires on brother!.....
